As the Aventura Marina II development, Phase II features a similar Mediterranean architecture to the first phase, but with a more-modern whitewashed twist to it. Also like the first phase, Phase II is actually three separate towers put together. The three-section structure is located on the point of the 10-acre community, between the marina and the Intracoastal Waterway. For pre-construction purposes, buyers have the option of owning real estate in either the Marina Tower, the Waterway Tower, or the Bay Tower in the center.

Aventura is conveniently located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, just east of I-95. To visit our city, take I-95 to Ives Dairy Road and head East on Ives Dairy to Biscayne Boulevard.
