About Richard Paz

Richard Paz, founder and president of Paz Global Real Estate Investments, has always excelled in buying and selling real estate during the pre-construction and pre-completion phases. Richard is one of South Florida's outstanding brokers, his educational background includes: Degrees in Electrical Engineering, Business, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing. Being fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese has also gained Richard a variety of clientele.

In 2005, as a Broker-Associate at Beachfront Realty, Richard helped his many clients to find the best buying opportunities. This was done by establishing close relationships with developers and carefully analyzing the best development opportunities. Richard Paz was recognized as the #1 top producer at Beachfront Realty for 2005. He earned the Platinum Award for generating more sales than any of the 1400 sales associates. Richard Paz is skilled in decision making and problem solving and has strong interpersonal and negotiating skills. In addition, we now have the resources to distribute information faster than ever with our pre-construction alerts. Members learn about the newest project in advance by receiving an email notification. Today, our site is one of the most popular real estate web sites focusing strictly on real estate developments.

In early 2005, Richard along with another Engineer redesigned the HotPreConstruction.com to create a next-generation dynamically driven website. Web pages now load faster, navigation is easier than ever, and most importantly, the site is updated real-time with no delays.
